I will share your journey with you, to take you from survival to total freedom, following the path I took for exactly the same reason, survival from narcissistic relationships, father and husband, three nervous breakdowns and how I found my magic, so you can too.
Finally, leaving you confident, vibrant and joyful at any age. I began again at 65, age is irrelevant to finding happiness.

I am thrilled you have chosen to start your transformative journey towards personal growth with me, I cannot fix a whole lifetime of problems, but hopefully I can help you grow towards being happy, having suffered at the hands of father and husband narcissists, ending with end of life thoughts and great trauma is where I am coming from.
